Pickup Lines That Can Gain Attention Fast
Can you really meet women with a best pickup lines? You know it's possible, and with a bit of swagger and attitude a good pickup line can work on most women. Use them to start a conversation, but be ready with something else to say. You have probably hear many of these lines before, some work and some not so much.
So you’re in line at the grocery store or wherever, and you are behind this really attractive woman you just know would like you if she knew the “real” you. Happens all the time, right? But you’re too shy to say hello, or you don’t know how to break the ice with her and start a conversation. You don’t want to use a stupid pickup line like “you must be from Tennessee, because you’re the only 10 I see!” – that would sink like a stone. Something a little more subtle would work though, even if it’s not a line that you memorized.
The best way to break the ice is to say something funny, but not a joke. One thing You Can do it to “bust her chops” – find something that’s not totally smooth about her and give her a little subtle dig. Like if her shoes are brand new, say something like “love your shoes, aren’t those like that Real Housewives woman wears – I think Lacey had some just like that”. OK, she will be probably floored, or laugh out loud. Either way, you started a conversation, right? If that works, keep busting on her until she smiles and gives you her number. Believe it or not, most women really respond to this type of a kind of ribbing. No sense of humor? You don’t want her then, anyway right?
You could also try bumping into her and saying “excuse me, but could you stop touching me like that?”, and look at her like your serious for a second. She will probably know you’re kidding, and if you use the right body language, and then smile after a few seconds, she will know she’s been had. These are just 2 of the many things you can do to gain a woman’s attention, from there it’s up to you to steer the conversation into something that will get her phone number. If she doesn’t laugh, tell her “I wish you would at least touch a little lower, from now on”. She will have to laugh at this point, since it’s obvious you are really just hitting on her. If not, walk away and consider it practice! We all need practice, after all.
The key is to not be a “typical” guy – don’t smother her, say you enjoyed talking to her and would like to hang out (not date) sometime, and get her number or email. Then just walk away! She will know you are not the guy who is desperate, like most guys pretty much are anyway. The best thing is you don’t have to be brilliant, just be prepared. Have your stupid pickup lines handy for any occasion, in fact have several depending on where you are at. Practice them as often as possible, in fact go to the mall with the intention of just practicing your new lines for a couple of hours with at least 5 or 6 approaches in mind. After awhile it is totally natural, and your initial fear will be gone for good!
