Returns
You will always have confidence in ordering with YourNestingDolls.com. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return your nesting doll for a full refund within 30 days of receipt less shipping cost. If for any reason you need to return your nesting doll, please contact us for instructions. Returns will be accepted within 30 days and your refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping charges.
Warranties
There is no warranty offered by Hugo Enterprises, Inc. YourNestingDolls.com is not responsible for normal wear, abuse, or mistreatment of nesting doll(s). Nesting dolls that are reported not satifactory within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
Shipping
For standard US shipping, we ship via UPS ground, 3-5 business days, for a flat rate of $10.45 per order. The shipping charge for Canadian residents is a flat rate of $20.00, and anywhere outside of the Canada or the United States is $37.00. For express shipping, we ship via Fed-X, 2 day delivery, for an additional cost of $11.50.
Tax
By law, YourNestingDolls.com must charge a 6.7% sales tax to all orders placed within Colorado.
Back Order Policy
Our artists are hard at work keeping us well stocked, but sometimes nesting dolls do run out. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. The following options are:
Hold and Ship Complete: If you order an out-of-stock nesting doll, we will keep your order on hold until all nesting dolls are available and then ship so your only charged shipping once.
Ship Now and Then: If you order an out-of-stock nesting doll, we will ship the available item by the method you chose, and ship your back order when it becomes available. Shipping rates will apply as if you made two orders.
Ship Now and Cancel Back Order: If you order an out-of-stock nesting doll, we will ship available item and cancel all others.
