Musings of a Chinese Gourmet

Musings of a Chinese Gourmet

This book, written in the early 1950s by a former Chinese ambassador to London, is a cultured and entertaining view of the gastronomic side of Chinese life. F.T. Cheng sets out to show Westerners that there was a lot more to Chinese food culture than chop suey. It is a wonderful reminder of the richness and depth of Chinese culture from a man who also completely understood the West.

Outstanding Hairstyles At The Golden Globes Red Carpet

As usual there were some amazing hairstyles this year at the Golden Globe Awards. We frequently get tips from superstars for our weddings, formal functions and prom. Therefore let's look at what celebrities caused a buzz with their hair styling.

Sleek Ponytails

You might have heard in the news Jennifer Lopez is the newest judge on the American Idol show and she looked stunning with her sleek and stunning ponytail. Another slightly different version of the ponytail was worn by Piper Perabo, and yes it looked very chic. The next time you cant decide how to handle your hair just pull it back and there you go.

The French Twist

The french twist was made famous by celebrity Audrey Hepburn. Remember her in Breakfast at Tiffanie's? No one can dispute this is the ultimate example of elegance. Carrie Underwood looked so great with her twist.

Stunning Fringe

Bangs generally present a big attraction, what I mean is women always wish to opt for that style. Olivia Wilde looks extraordinary along with her bangs. Then again Sandra Bullock looks far better without them.

Beautiful Locks

Megan Fox's hair was wonderful, not a big admirer of her however if the curly hair looks good who am I to argue? Right?

Short Hair

Short haircuts are not that constrained, nearly all women think so nonetheless. Check out Hale Berry and Michelle Williams. There are many things You Can do if you've got the appropriate cut. I am convincing myself to get a shortcut with these great styles.

Can you believe that Amy Adams is thirty six? Well she looks stunning with her hairstyle. Unquestionably one of my favorites.

It certainly is great stuff to look at some great hairdos. Should you really like one or another of these cuts then be sure to check out my web site and try on these celebrity hairstyles to find out how you will look.
